"What an incredible opportunity for learning and growth! For them to experience following through when something feels like a mountain too high to climb and then experiencing the reward of getting to the top. Following through with the commitment, when it was so difficult was a huge life lesson that I know will set them up for success in life."Participant's Parent

When the bar is highNew levels are reached.

When I'm working with youth, I'm trying to have a transformational experience for the actors. They're not just doing a school show, or a kids show - they're doing something that when they're done with the experience, they're changed.

I hold a high bar, even with first time youth actors. If the bar is low, they will deliver that.

If the bar is high, achievable, but high, a little be beyond what their capacity seems to be - they'll rise to that. And it's breathtaking. And they're amazed by themselves.
